Also, the manuals show an "engine stay cable" near the left bottom of
the engine to the frame. Mine's missing. Anyone know what it is supposed
to look like? The pictures are bad.
For anyone who cares, I'm through with the all the "non-body" work and
the frame, suspension, engine, trans, etc are all reassembled. Looks
great! I'm out about $3,000 in parts already and haven't started body
work.
By this weekend I'll have temporary wiring and fuel supply to start it
up. Maybe we'll throw a lawn chair on and take it for a drive. Yea!
I'll post pictures of the mechanical work soon.
