[MV] Wheel Bearing Grease

Some time ago there was discussion about the necessity of packing rear
wheel bearings with grease in order to provide protection for the
bearings and races until gear oil from the axle housing could make its
way to the bearings. My question relates to what type of grease should
be used that will be compatible with the gear oil. I'm about ready to
reassemble the rear hubs, brakes, etc. on my 2 & 1/2 ton Federal truck
and need some input about the proper bearing grease to use. Thanks in
