[MV] Rumbling noise on my M-715

Dear List,
When I'm driving about 20-30mph I start to feel a rumble from the rear of
my Jeep. It feels like it is coming from the rear axle or U-joint. It
happens right before 3rd gear. It kind of feels like a gear slipage. It
only happens in 2nd gear. It also causes the truck to shake. The problem
goes away when I let of the gas and accelerate slowly. Any ideas?
