The experimental/prototype had 4-wheel independent suspension. It had an
aluminum body also. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it didn't have a diesel
engine. I think it was a v8. Also, it didn't look like a mack. Instead, it
look like an M37 with strange slats in front. There are pictures in Fred
Crismon's book, US Military Wheeled Vehicles.
