At the risk of sounding too happy.... in the UK most of our MVs are
classed as '25 year exempt' which means we pay road tax at a zero rate
(rather than 'not pay') As long as we keep them insured and pass
government tests. All we have to contend with is petrol or diesel
costing USD 5 per gallon, and it isn't as though most of the MVs aren't
fuel efficient.......
