[MV] Large footman loops

I am trying to locate some large footman loops. The mounting holes are
2.875" on centers and are mounted with 5/16" bolts. I am led to believe
these were used on M3A1 scout cars (and possibly halftracks) but my
ORD7-8-9 SNL G-67 doesn't give size or dimensions for the footman loops
listed.

Anybody know which vehicles may have used these, or better yet, where some
might be located?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
