The bottom line.....
Locks keep honest people honest. If somebody wants your car, truck, or =
MV, they will get it. It is like anything else, you build something =
good, somebody comes up with a better way to get around it. Security, =
early warning radar, whatever, it does not matter to a determined =
person.

I have an M151A2 that came with a hinged locking bar welded to the =
transmission tunnel. This locks the transmission in 2nd gear. I added =
to this a chain that I loop through the steering wheel and hook this to =
the same lock on the bar.
