The Rubicon Trail is a famous (at least here in USA) and fairly long four
wheel drive trail in the Western United States. From the pictures I've
seen, it's a 'trail' only in an academic sense; It's better described as
lots of scary terrain with enough room to squeeze a vehicle through. It has
a reputation of
being rough on trucks. Trucks that successfully negotiate the trail are
usually highly modified, especially in the suspension department.
Hope this helps--
