After about a month in the shop I got my M-715 back today. The last thing
that was done before I brought it home was the 4 wheel drive shifter bracket
was re-secured. I was wondering how this is normally attached. The previous
owner tried to hold it in place with a tack weld. The guy at the 4 wheel
drive shop bolted it to the floor board for no charge (after asking and
noting that the bracket was already mangled.)
I always wondered why it never seemed like it was in 4 wheel drive.
