Sorry for your troubles with the CT DMV, but this is a terrific story to
show the hazards of trying to get an MV past typical government watchdogs.
May I use parts of it on www.olive-drab.com in our section on MV
registration issues?? We need more good stories like this about insurance,
DMV, title problems etc.
