[MV] Pre-selective gearboxes and clutches

I told about the Mercedes-Benz preselctive gearbox. This gearbox has
no hydrodynamic converter and only a normal clutch. This clutch is
used to bring the vehicle in motion and later to change the gears.
So you have a real good old clutch and clutch pedal on these trucks.

You can also combine a preselective gearbox with a hydrodymamic converter.
In this case you need a small extra clutch to cut of the engine torque
during the gear shift. This small clutch is only a "Gear change clutch"
and not designed to be used to bring the vehicle in motion. If you do
this, the small clutch will be ruined soon.
