[MV] Overhead cams

The recent thread on gear driven overhead cam engines leads me to ask the list
about military applications for the four cylinder overhead cam Crosley engine.
The cast iron version with gear driven overhead cam was not available until
about 1949 but the CoBra version was made during WWII. Do any of the Crosley
prototype "jeeps" still exist? Were there any other MVs that used the Crosley
engine? What other military applications used this engine? I have seen
several military generator sets that used this engine. I wonder if there are
any surplus engines or parts?
