[MV] m-135 emergency brake

Does any one on the list know if the m-135 emergency brake drum needs a
"pilot" bushing in the middle of the emergency brake drum and if so where I
can get one? The folks at white owl truck parts tell me there is no such part
but my tm 9-1819ac mentions it several times and lists it as part nr. 7411244.
Can any on familiar with this series of trucks tell me if this part really
exists and what would be the effect of going ahead and mounting the drum
without it? The drum I have does not have a pilot bushing mounted.
