The surplus vehicles were sold by the VEBEG. There you have to make=20
a blind bid. They often sell only bundles of five to ten Iltisses.
So most of them were sold by mil-veh traders.=20

If you buy such a car from a trader, prices are from 5.000 to 7.000
German Marks for a car in good running condition.

Buying direct from the VEBEG is cheaper, but with more risk and trouble.
