Rust is a real problem on some of these vehicles particularly
where the front cross channel meets the body. Another bad spot is
across the rear where the floor meets the body. There is a closed
"U" channel behind there and the only way that you can tell if
there's rust is to probe it with a screwdriver. The best way to
check for rust is get under it with a screwdriver and probe
around. You can get corrosion repair kits to repair most of your
rust problems including the rear panel.
