[MV] Vehicle ID

The Olive-Drab Military Vehicle ID Chart now has about 45 entries thanks to
contributions from all over. I would like to fill out the US parts of the
chart and add much more from the rest of the world.

Please send scans of any photos which you can contribute to this effort
along with the best description you have of the vehicle nomenclature. Any
submissions will have your name indicated as the contributor of the photo
(unless you don't want your name mentioned).
