You are correct that there was a typo. The chart has been fixed.

The 460 turn signal circuits go to the right side of the vehicle and the 461
circuits go to the left. So on the turn signal switch, pin A is front
right, pin E is rear right while pin B is front left and pin C is rear left.
The numbering is consistent which helps.
