If you just want to see if it moves, unhook it from the engine, get your
air compressor blower nozzle and put it up to the end of the oil tube,
squirt in a little air and see if it moves. If you want to see if it is
accurate, do the same thing except hook it up to your air compressor
regulator and compare it to a known good gage. That how I've done it
before.
