Use cloth webbing, the same stuff used for Jerry can hold-downs. Easy
to obtain and cheap. This is the type material supplied to me from a
restoration parts supplier when I restored my MB. But that was kind of
expensive. I use the same web material for the cushions between the
body and frame; looks just like the originals.
