If you have a friend in another state, have International Title issue
the paperwork in their name, have them get title in their state,
then have them "sell" it to you. If the title comes from a more
difficult state to get titles in they may not challenge it. It will
end up costing a little more but is better than nothing.

I can get it transferred to a NC title for you, but you may find a
cheaper state( NC holds us up for a minimum of about $75) and NC
requires a notarized signature while some other states do not.( the
few SC titles I have had do not, but the new ones may....)
