I have a 1953 XM211 that's running rich. I think the float is stuck open. Is
there anyway to lean out the mixture until I have a chance to rebuild or buy
a new carburetor? I know there is a mixture screw there, but which way do
you turn it for a leaner mixture. When looking at the screw, is it clockwise
or counter-clockwise? Or is there a quick way to fix the float, at least
temporarily? Perhaps I'll try some spray carburetor cleaner to see if that
does anything. Any and all suggestion welcome.
Thanks for your time.
