I want to say thanks to those who have been patient to me in my slow
learning of list posting, reply handling, and mailing.

As has been stated recently, some if not all of my replys and mail has
gone to the wrong locations. While I appreciate the patience, I also
would like constructive criticism and correction as soon as I have
blundered.

Also, since I am posting from a government source, there is an
automatic tailer posted to my entry that is several lines long and
unavoidable.

I hope I havent offended anyone here but if so, please help me correct
what I am doing wrong.
