I did several of my WC combat rims which hadn't been apart for years,
fitted new tires, tubes, flaps, etc, and had no problem except for one
sheared wheel rim stud (got stud and nut to keep as spares now) and I
didn't get them balanced before I refitted them to the trucks, now both
have front end shake which might be due to balance or wheel
straightness.
No problems with the bolted construction, though they do take a bit of
separating if they have been together for a while. Bolted rims are a
lot better than those loose rings on my 7.50 x 20 GMC wheels.
