I'm right out of my depth here 8-) I take it the Army Service
Commands were non-combat supply organisations ? I really dont know.
Now if the HQ of the 8th was in Dallas, and I have the hood number and
the 8-pointed door stars, how do I go about finding other 'appropriate'
markings like bumper codes, unit codes, and the like ? Do I just put
" 8th SC HQ 99" on the bumper or did they have their own format for
these things ?
