I have just uncovered the number stamped on the frame -it's not too clear but
I think it is 81516619 so I suspect the data plate is maybe a repro with fake
number? The wheelbase and wheels are right for a WC21 or 22. The engine is
also right ; T215 11528. Can you tell if that revised chassis number is a 21
or a 22?
