[MV] [mv] m37 fuel pump problem?

This suggestion is probably a long-shot but it worked for me 20
years ago when I had an M37 with identical problems. After rebuilding
and then replacing the carburetor, replacing the fuel pump and filter,
and flushing the whole system, the truck still sputtered and coughed
under load. All it would do is idle and putt along on flat roads.
Eventually the solution was to replace the coil which would work fine
at low RPM but would not deliver a strong spark when the demand was
high. You might give it a try.
