[MV] Can you identify this part # ?

List, need some help with a part #. Its a 2 packet set fo "retainer
packing 1 each"
Numbers on the plastic bag are 5330-00-404-5919 (on both), and
DLA500-84-M-7839 (on 1) , And DLA 500-84-M-DE76 (on 2nd). Both have bar
codes on the bags with the 533 #. The 2nd bag also has a #19207 93568
11659902 on it. The 2nd bag just has a chrome looking ring about 4"
diameter in it and the 1st is covered in "marvelwrap #2 crepe", marked
Ludlow corp. laminating & coating division Holyoke, Mass.
I'm hoping this is a type of band that goes around the steering knuckle
seal on M-35 series trucks (fat chance). Anybody out there got an idea ?
