Jackson,
I can't help you on the rifle holder other than to say several dealers in
Military Vehicles Magazine have advertised them. Unless you are
going all out for show points, a round mouth #2 shovel, and an axe
from True Temper will work just fine. I have original photographs of
Jeeps in WWII that show the handles either painted or natural.
