[MV] Repowering an M-20 Armored Car

Hello List,
How diffucult would it be to swap out engine/drivetrain from an M-20,
and replace it with something more modern? Pehaps 7.3 Diesel or Ford 5.0
V-8?
Where can I find sand skirts for the m-20 as well? any help greatly
appreciated.
