Chuck,
What you need is a torque amplifier, (5 ft. of pipe) on the end of that
lug wrench. Check the studs to see if there is a "L" stamped on them. If
so you have left hand threads for sure. "USUALLY" the left side had left
hand threads but the hubs could have been changed.
