It could be worse, Mike. 8-) If you had bought them all and had them
delivered, and had to look at them every day with no prospect of progress.
I did that with the LARC-V (now gone to a good home) before I decided
that a DUKW was big enough for me.

If you had the facilities or the storage, pulling them all to one location
and conserving (as opposed to restoring) them till you find someone else
that wants them might not be a bad option. The vehicles you describe are
all of interest, and here in the UK are quite popular as the restricions
on driving lage cargo trucks didn't used to apply to cranes that were
simply classed as mobile plant.

Looking at the photos in Crismon I think the Oshkosh would be the one I'd
give a home to, much more size friendly, and anyone with the money to
restore vintage aircraft would have a parking space for it. Mack NO
cargo trucks are not uncommon, and whilst the crane version would be more
unusual all these things have a fearsome appetite for fuel, I think the
cargo version does 1 to 1.5 mpg. Take some photos and spread the info
around, maybe someone else on the list has always wanted one of them...
