[MV] E-brake for '42 GPW wanted

HELP!
I have a 1942 GPW missing the emergency brake. Everything including Brake
mechanism, cable and handle are missing. It appears to be a very old
style with an EXTERNAL brake band rather than the drum brake. I have
nothing to work with. It does bolt onto the tran. case but it is
different than later jeeps.
