[MV] Question on M37's

I have 3 motors for my M37's.They are all suppose to be the CDN 251 units
but they all measure different in overall length.Between 25 1/4 and 25 3/4
inches.
What is the overall length suppose to be and what is the length of the 230 unit?
I am measureing the block from the deck front to back just below the head.
