[MV] Flywheel problem

I would like some advise on how to install a new flywheel on my MB. The book
instructs you to drill the two tapered (stud) holes with a 35/64-inch drill,
and ream the two holes with a 9/16 inch (.05625-inch) reamer.
I have tried in vain locally to find this odd size drill and no luck finding
the reamer.
Is there an alternate way to do this? The engine is together and it would not
be easy to take apart to change the tapered bolts on the crank shaft.
Would it be better to take this to a machine shop?
