[MV] yet another brake fluid question

Ok, so I have this odd East German Robur LO2002 military truck. What sort
of brake fluid should I use in this thing? Is the commie brake fluid
already in it compatable with our vastly superior capitalist produced brake
fluid? Does the eastern stuff have a DOT equivilent?
