Hi Henry
Just file for an appeal which you will win. Then send a letter
to his Chief and the Selectmen notifying them of your complaint
of this officer harrassing you and that you will be pursuing
action if it happens again. Mass law was amended to allow
Antique vehicles to be driven on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, to
and from Parades, or ANY function of public interest, as well as
to and from repairs. The only main exception in Mass now is that
it can not be used to carry passengers or goods in regular
transportation. This is the law whether the officer knows it or
not.
