[MV] m151 canvas and m38 wheel cylinders

Is there a canvas top available for the m151 truck and if so where can i get
one? I saw a picture of a m151 with a canvas top in Vietnam taken 1968.

I also need front and rear wheel cylinders for my 52 m38. Where can i get
these? Is there a common part number i should ask for at the local auto
parts store?
