List,
I referred to my frontline ambulance as a M718A1. I assumed that since
the basic vehicle is a M151A1, the ambulance would be an A1. In reading
of the M151 variants on page 70 of the Mar/Apr Military Vehicles Mag., I
get the impression that my ambulance is not an A1, but just M718. Also,
I want to mention that there is a large round decal on the hood that appears
to be original. It reads: 4th Marine Division (REIN) The New Breed. The
main question is still the same. Should I install a Marine front bumper, or
wasn't it used on the M718.
