This has already gotten tiresome. The hubs/axles could be quickly changed
back for a show or parade.

I saw one of these once, I was not impressed. Let's face it, lock out hubs
are not the most rugged thing out there, front axle service is one thing,
but full time rear axle service..... If you could find a hub that was tight
then maybe. I can't help but think that any 'slop' in the hub on a rear
axle is not going to be a good thing.
