Buzz,

Hey, I'm looking for a working 442 receiver with mount. Have any of these
lying around? Do you have any leads on any?

Thanks
Jason

Art,
Check my web pages at : www.lanset.com/buzz/index.html
Either a AM-2060 with a PRC-77 (transistor) or PRC-25 (tubes) or,
RT-542/VRC-43. Either one will need an install kit and antenna
mount/tuner and antenna. I think that the way to go is the VRC-43/RT-524
as it has a self contained amplifier, either carrier or tone squelch,
AND (note big and) 35 to 50 watts output, vs. 4 watts of the PRC-25/77.
By the time you add the AM-2060 to the price of the PRC-25/77 you'll
probably exceed the price of the rt-524.
Good Luck,
Buzz
