True, true. Personal safety at what cost? Did the Brits even consider a ban on
private armor while under a terrorist siege by the IRA? Of course not. Did the
IRA ever use armor? Of course not.

Stealth, anonymity, and speed are the tactics of terrorism, not armored
vehicles. Nowhere in the world are terrorists using armored vehicles(not
withstanding rebel armies which is not the issue here.)

Zip-lock bags of Sarin and armor vehicles! Geez, get a grip!
