[MV] SME equipment

Thanks for the report R.S., however I fail to understand why BATF has
suspended import of non-US origin MV's that meet the SME catagory. The
state department logic doesn't seem to fly on the importation of Ferrets
and say T-34's which are not of US origin. In the firearms end I am a
class III dealer and even a small non-firing part such as a metric roll pin
for the resting bar on a German MP-40 requires a BATF form 6 to import this
part from Marstar in Canada. I hope that MV spares don't end up in this
logic. Extracters are the same way, and I'm making a list of spares to file
a form 6 on. I hope MVPA will take a firm stance on this problem. Hey, I
