Can't speak to the generator but in general RPM changes cycles not

voltage. The box is a recharger suitable for many projects .... just a

soon as you hook up your 28vdc 1.5 kw (or larger generator) Had one in

my motor pool never used it. We either slaved it or put in new

batteries (the 28 vdc generator was missing)
