The story about the M-151's at Ft. Drum is that they were "Electronic
Targets", you guess what that means. They were positioned in the
woods for many, many years, they're very rusty and probably don't run
even if they do have engines. This is from DRMO at FT. Drum.
Also, the Demil codes, A and Q, don't mean anything here as they still
have to be "mutilated" (Their word), and we all know what that means.
The standard procedure still stands: The bodies will be crushed
before they can be removed! Salvageable for certain parts ONLY!
