Actually on the part where you said "they" (meaning gov) retain title is
not necessarily true as I know of a museum that actually had two heavy
tanks that they sold as well as some other equipment. I know the got the
tanks from the gov. I will check into the requirements as in the case of
some of the clubs we almost qualify anyway, just need to lease a
building and get the paperwork in order. Later K
