3M makes a special tool that works wonder, it is an attachment that fits
on your power drill (like a regular bit) and looks somewhat like a
pencil eraser. It's designed to remove vynil and other stickers from
painted surfaces without removing the paint. I can't remember what it's
called, but I've seen it for sale at Home Depot and similar places. I've
also seen it on the Eastwood website.
