All. It is the gov't that issues the license. to own. You need the ok of
the local Police Chief. Contact your local gun shop. He can direct you to
a class 3 gun dealer- federal firearms dealer in machine guns. He will tell
you the local laws and federal ones. Be prepared to wait 4-6 months for the
gov't to check you out, finger prints etc before you get to take home your
new toy. I am a regular FFL dealer. I can sell the semi auto version only.
By the way, .50BMG cal. rounds run $1.75-$2.00 each. How many rounds is
that on full auto for about 20-30 seconds? I also sell ammo.
