[MV] Data Plate Stamp.

Found an embossing (letter stamping) machine for data plates a few years ago
and I think it even has the correct size type wheel in it. But some (maybe
all, I really have not paid that much attention) data plates have a stamp
like a receiving inspection or something. The one on my old Mule plate is a
square with rounded corners. Inside the box is a row of 3 5 pointed stars
and under than is an eagle with wings spread. I don't know what is at the
bottom (bottom third) because the stamper was careless. I'm thinkig about
programming the cnc mill at work to engrave this symbol. Does anyone know
what the complete symbol consists of? I guess I will eventually need a clean
sample or a really good photo, if anyone could help with that. Of course
the simplest thing would be if someone has a stamp!
Thanks,
je
