[MV] M37 Front bumper translation

I'm repainting the markings on my M37 and wondered if anyone could
translate for me:

HQ-49 (Star) 813th EAB

I'd guess HQ is Head Quarters, 49 is 49th vehicle, 813th = Division? Co?
EAB = ?

Any help appreciated.
