Excuse me....The CUCV filter can not be replaced with a spin on filter.
They were designed to use the AC filter as issued. The electronic system
heats up the fuel at the filter in cold weather. The entire wiring system is
dependent on all systems functioning as designed. Just simply replace the
filter, possibly the fuel tank has to be drained. I have "water catchers" we
used in the tanks. Every now and then you pull it out and shake it off..
